Ryomen Sukuna is a central antagonist in the anime series Jujutsu Kaisen. He is a powerful cursed spirit, considered the undisputed King of Curses.
Once a human sorcerer from the Heian era, Sukuna was defeated and his remains, consisting of twenty cursed fingers, were scattered across the land. These fingers act as vessels for his immense power.
Sukuna's first animated appearance is in the first episode of Jujutsu Kaisen, where Yuji Itadori consumes one of his fingers, becoming Sukuna's vessel. He frequently attempts to take complete control of Yuji's body.
